Heart Bench – Recycled Kauri

These beautifully handcrafted Heart Benches are made in Aotearoa (NZ) from recycled Kauri.

Each bench includes an adjustable head piece, designed to sit at the back of the skull (rather than the neck) to gently draw the head toward the lifted chest, activating Jalandhara Bandha (the chin lock).

The bench helps ease chest tightness and counteracts the effects of prolonged sitting by encouraging the upper spine to move toward the body’s center.

When you recline on the Heart Bench, your chest opens, your breath deepens, and your spine lengthens. It provides excellent support for Pranayama practices, stress relief, and relaxation.
