Strap – 38mm x 2m

The yoga strap is one piece of yoga equipment that everyone must have and its the cheapest! There is nothing at home that can substitute it; with it’s side release strap it is adjustable, exact and efficient. of course we would recommend you have 2; one for each leg in baddha konasana or malasana and make one of those straps an extra long one for the work required in supta padangustasana.
